Directions for Use

  1. Clean the Area: When practical, cleanse the affected area gently by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing wipe or warm water. Gently pat dry with a tissue or soft cloth before applying.

  2. Apply Topically: Apply a small amount of the ointment to the affected external area up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning, or after each bowel movement.

  3. Intrarectal Use (If applicable): If an applicator tip is included, remove the protective cap, attach the applicator to the tube, lubricate well with a small amount of ointment, and gently insert into the rectum. Thoroughly cleanse the applicator after each use and replace the cap.
