Click the “Register” button on the top right of our homepage and fill out your business details. All new accounts are reviewed and approved by our team to protect against fraud, bots, and scammers. You’ll receive an email once your account is approved, usually within one business day.

3. Why does my account require approval?

Account approval helps us validate every customer, keeping your experience safe and secure. We only approve legitimate Belizean businesses and consumers.

4. Can I buy pharmaceuticals online?

We do not sell prescription pharmaceuticals to end users online. Only food supplements and approved over-the-counter (OTC) items are available for online purchase, as required by the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW).

5. How do I place an order online?

  • Log in to your approved account.
  • Browse or search for the products you need.
  • Add items to your cart and click “Next” to proceed.
  • Enter your delivery details and any special instructions in the Comments section.
  • Click “Send Order” to submit.

6. Do I need to pay online when placing an order?

No. If you don’t have credit terms with us, you can still place your order without paying online. After you submit your order, our team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment (usually by online transfer) and confirm your delivery window.

7. What if I already have 30-day credit terms?

If your business has approved 30-day credit terms, simply place your order as usual—no further action is needed at checkout.

8. When will I receive my order confirmation?

You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Our team will follow up with payment and delivery details if needed.
